Yes, you read the title correctly! Kombucha is literally my favorite bubbly beverage but when paired with my favorite dark liquor I just about bubble over with happiness. This recipe came about when I had a friend over last minute for dinner and realized I didn’t have wine for dinner. I went into my fridge/freezer found the ingredients below (trust me we were skeptical at first) and went for it. The results…DELICIOUS!!
I won’t lie this may be my favorite cocktail yet.
In a 5 oz. old-fashioned glass
2 oz. bourbon
Muddle the blackberries add a dash of Angostura Bitters.
Add ice and finish with 3 oz. of any berry flavored kombucha.
Garnish with blackberries
